The City of Frisco is committed to serving the diverse needs of its citizens. The Frisco Parks & Recreation Department has established a Scholarship Program for qualified citizens to participate in City of Frisco recreation programs and special events. Scholarships may not be applied to Frisco Athletic Center memberships. To apply for the Scholarship Program download the application and return it along with all supporting documents to:
